INM wins restructuring vote following angry demonstration at company's EGM

Independent News & Media (INM) shareholders today approved capital restructuring in a bid to pave the way for a resumption of dividends.

Following a tense EGM at Dublin's Alexander Hotel, INM told the stock exchange that two motions enabling a capital reduction and share deletion had been carried in a poll.
