Scaffolding tycoon and David Drumm associate Michael Breslin is trying to ward off a potential €9 million judgment against him by claiming a Nama company must sue him in New York.

National Asset Loan Management is seeking judgment in the Commercial Court against the Meath-born businessman on foot of a personal guarantee he gave in connection with Anglo Irish Bank loans of €22 million to Cavan firm Car Park Solutions Ltd.
