Ryanair has said forward bookings have held up despite the fall-out from abruptly canceling thousands of flights over pilot leave, with the budget carrier leaving its earnings guidance unchanged.

Speaking at the company’s annual shareholder meeting, chief executive Michael O’Leary apologised for the fiasco and vowed to fix the management shortcomings that led to the calling off of 2,100 flights up to the end of October.
