A lawsuit brought by a US company over a $192 million (€175 million) judgment against a Swiss-Lebanese billionaire has been entered in the High Court’s commercial list and will be heard later this year.
Mr Justice Denis McDonald made an order admitting the case brought by MCG California LLC against Jacqui Safra.
