Ronan’s €600m Facebook rent deal is largest in Irish history

Developer Johnny Ronan’s Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) and its funding partners, Colony Capital, will be paid €600 million by social media giant Facebook over its 25-year lease agreement.

The deal by Facebook to lease the the entirety of Fibonacci Square, a 350,000 sq ft office space on the Merrion Road, is the biggest single letting in Irish history.
