Nama has asked for more information from some of the bidders on Project Wave, a docklands site where the agency is selling a long lease.

Bidding is understood to be down to a two-horse race between a consortium headed by developer Johnny Ronan and Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore group. A winning bid is expected to be chosen this week. The two shortlisted bidders were asked to supply further information to Nama last week.
