Life has never been simple for the fishermen of Greencastle. Every year, from one corner or another, they feel under fire.

Half a dozen fishing boats are based out of the north Donegal port nestled away in Lough Foyle. Every month, with tonnes of fishing quotas to fill, the skippers of each vessel steam for 30 hours towards Rockall – an Atlantic outcrop around which has echoed a Brexit warning shot.
