The Roche family, one of Ireland’s oldest-established former retail names, has agreed to sell the Frascati Centre in Dublin’s Blackrock for some €65 million.

The shopping centre and surrounding lands are being sold to a real estate and mortgage fund subsidiary of Invesco.
