Roche group refinances debts of Vista Health campus

The Roche Group has completed the refinancing of the debts of the €25 million Vista Primary Care Campus in Co Kildare.

The family-owned group, led by businessman Gerald Roche, last week succeeded in refinancing its debts from Lone Star, the investment fund, with the support of another American fund.

The €25 million primary care facility opened in 2008 with the backing of Roche and his first cousins, the aviation services entrepreneurs Ulick and Desmond McEvaddy.

Neither of the McEvaddy brothers will be involved in the business following the refinancing.
