Builders and property developers will be briefed by the tax authority this month on the government’s new help-to-buy scheme, with just a handful of builders approved to operate the scheme to date.

So far, just five builders – Adroit Tullypark Builders, Aspect Developments, Le Monde Holdings, Mulberryglen and Westar Homes – are listed as qualified contractors for the scheme on the Revenue’s website.
