Patrick Guilbaud, Ireland’s most celebrated restaurateur, has lodged a High Court action against one of his former chefs.

The French chef, who presides over the country’s only two-star Michelin restaurant attached to the exclusive Merrion Hotel, has initiated proceedings against compatriot Olivier Quenet.
