Residents launch pyrite claim on Ballymore

Some 30 homeowners have begun High Court proceedings against a company owned by Ballymore, Nama builder Sean Mulryan’s development company, over pyrite damage.

The cases are being brought by owners at Drumnigh Wood, an upmarket estate in Portmarnock, North County Dublin, that was built during the property boom.
