The Dublin County Registrar is set to wade into a growing dispute between high-profile property developers Johnny Ronan and Greg Kavanagh.
The pair are at loggerheads over access to a €40 million site in Dublin’s docklands which Kavanagh’s New Generation Homes purchased earlier this summer.
Ronan is understood to control a freehold over a portion of the property, effectively blocking development of the site until Kavanagh can wrest control of it from him.
