Redesigned Ormond Hotel will have Sirens bar based on Joyce’s Ulysses

The new owner of the Ormond Hotel in Dublin, Singapore-based Plato Capital, has said it plans to invest €25 million in turning it into a new boutique venue with a ‘Sirens’ bar, based on the episode set in the hotel in James Joyce’s Ulysses, as its centrepiece.
