Dublin Airport more than doubled January traffic year on year, according to new figures released by daa on Wednesday.

Over 2.1 million passengers passed through the country’s main airport last month, an all-time record for January and 113 per cent more than the same time last year. It represented a 2 per cent increase on the prior January traffic record, set in 2019.
