The rebel investors at Karelian Diamond Resources say they will continue to seek change at the company after their narrow defeat in a vote to oust the directors of the company last Friday.

A poll taken on resolutions to remove the directors, including company founder Richard Conroy and private equity figure Seamus Fitzpatrick, retained all of the board in situ by a narrow margin of 52 per cent to 48 per cent.
