React Energy to seek go-ahead for investment deal

React Energy, the Cork-based clean energy company which is in examinership, will go to the High Court next week to seek approval for a proposed investment deal understood to be worth around £900,000 (€1.26 million) from a British company called EcoFinance.

The offer from EcoFinance, which is backed by specialist hybrid technology and financial firm EcoSource, is understood to have the support of almost all of React’s investors and creditors.
