Ralph Lauren’s Irish arm has $6 billion in assets

The Irish subsidiary of the iconic US fashion label, Ralph Lauren, has assets of almost $6 billion.

However, it made a loss of $109 million (€100 million) in 2016, meaning the company generated a corporate tax benefit of $2.5 million.

The losses are a result of $88.8 million invested by Ralph Lauren Commercial Enterprises in developing a new online sales website.
