Quinn director backs calls for border security agency

A non-executive director at Quinn Industrial Holdings has called for permanent structures to be put in place to police criminality in the border region.

Fianna Fáil has outlined proposals to establish a dedicated agency to tackle criminality in the region in the wake of the recent abduction and torture of Kevin Lunney, the chief operating officer at QIH.
