Provisional liquidator appointed to Ireland kit supplier over €13m debt

A provisional liquidator has been appointed to the kit supplier of Ireland’s international football teams over unpaid debts of more than €13 million.

Mr Justice Brian O’Moore made the High Court order after hearing what he said were a series of “very serious” claims against JACC Sports Distributors Ireland. He also noted that the company did not appear in court to oppose the appointment which he said was “significant” and “of some surprise”.
