Property tech and development company raises €10m from state agency

Prop.ie, a Dublin-based property technology and development business, has raised €10 million in debt financing from Home Building Finance Ireland, the state agency tasked with funding the delivery of new houses.

The business was started in 2017 by Kevin Sands, 28, and is creating technology designed to enable more direct communication between property developers and buyers.
