An investigation into Nama’s sale of Project Eagle is considering a number of adverse findings against the agency.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has been discussing privately what conclusions it will draw in its report into Nama’s €1.6 billion sale of its portfolio in the North in 2014.

No decisions have been made but TDs have discussed a number of possible findings.
