Privilege claim may cool reporting on INM saga

ODCE's affidavit on INM runs to 240 pages.

A separate ruling about privilege may temporarily stem the flow of damaging media leaks about the company, former chairman Leslie Buckley and its main shareholder Denis O'Brien.

Last month, the head of the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) Ian Drennan filed an affidavit setting outallegations of data breaches involving 19 people, including barristers acting for the Moriarty Tribunal, former INM executives and former INM journalists.
