PPS numbers needed to tackle voter personation

But TDs and Senators have complained that the old practice of “vote early and often” is still possible due to the fact that people can still be registered to vote in multiple constituencies. Experts have recommended using PPS numbers to compile the voter register so that a person can only vote once.
