Port boss: Dublin Bay studio idea to hit plan for homes
Port land needed for growth, so studio plot can only come from Nama
Dublin Port chief executive Eamonn O’Reilly has said that lands being sought for an €80 million film and TV studio in Dublin city are “not available”.
Dublin Bay Studios promoter James Morris told this newspaper last Sunday that his project sought to access 20 acres of the 80 in the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone made up of Nama and Dublin Port lands.
