Pharma giant Gilead Sciences announces €45m expansion of Cork base
Construction for the new facility is to start in April 2023 and is expected to take 19 months
Planning permission has been granted for a €45 million expansion of Gilead Sciences’ manufacturing base in Carrigtwohill, Co Cork.
The US biopharmaceutical company said the development would ensure its Cork manufacturing base continues to play a central role in the company's supply chain.
