­Pfizer and Allergan agreed have agreed to merge in a record deal worth $160 billion (€150 billion) deal, which will create a drugmaking giant under the Pfizer name that will be based in Ireland for tax reasons.

Pfizer is the maker of erectile disfunction drug Viagra and cholesterol drug Lipitor, while Allergan makes the face-freezing wrinkle treatment Botox.
