Pegasus Capital taps ex-law firm partner Doyle for its board

Dublin-based corporate finance advisers have completed six deals this year including HKC sale

Pegasus Capital, the Dublin-based corporate finance advisers, has appointed Andrew Doyle, the former managing partner of law firm Maples and Calder, as non-executive director.

Pegasus is led by its three directors, David Lawrence and Donal O’Connell, who both formerly worked with IBI, and experienced Bank of Ireland corporate banker Mark Metcalfe.
