The Paradise Papers is the name given to millions of documents leaked to the German newspaper Suddeutsche Zeitung and shared with a number of media organisations around the world, including the BBC, The Guardian and the Irish Times.

Most of the documents relate to Appleby, a law firm and corporate services provider. They show how individuals and companies use offshore locations to legally reduce their tax bills.
