The operator of the Convention Centre has complained to Owen Keegan, the chief executive of Dublin City Council, about traffic delays that mean it is taking motorists up to 40 minutes to drive around the corner when they exit the car park at the venue.

Stephen Meehan, the chief executive of the Convention Centre Dublin, wrote to Keegan at the end of March about significant traffic issues facing car park users at the facility.
