An online casino tech company is suing Facebook over an allegation that the social media giant breached competition law by restricting ads for a mobile gambling brand.
In Touch Games, which is based in Britain, initiated a High Court case against Facebook in November of last year. The case relates to ads for Pocketwin, an online casino brand the company launched in 2010.
