Office services firm 2468 Group acquires British-based Aqualicity

Acquisition adds 1,200 new clients to group’s customer base

The 2468 Group, the office services company backed by the Pete Smyth-led investment firm Broadlake, has acquired Aqualicity, based in Reading, Berkshire.

The acquisition adds 1,200 new clients to 2468 Group’s customer base of over 10,000 firms in Ireland and Britain.

The addition of Aqualicity, a specialist mains-fed water cooler and drinking water boiler supplier, is understood to push the profits of 2468 Group over €3 million per annum.
