The Irish film industry is embroiled in a ‘bitter’, ‘difficult’, ‘aggressive’ and ‘acrimonious’ civil war between two factions of film workers which could “do immense damage to the industry” despite repeated efforts to broker peace deals.
The off-screen drama recently spilled over into the audio-visual room in Leinster House during a meeting set up by People Before Profit TD Richard Boyd Barrett.
