O’Donnell sues IBRC, alleging misconduct

Bankrupt solicitor and former international property tycoon Brian O’Donnell has lodged High Court proceedings against the former Anglo Irish Bank.

O’Donnell will allege misconduct and the leaking of documents related to his affairs by IBRC, it is understood, as part of the case against the IBRC.

He is representing himself in the case, which was lodged last week.
