Number of High Court writs issued by mica property owners tops 1,000

More than 1,000 High Court writs have now been issued by people in Donegal whose homes are affected by mica or other deleterious materials.

As of today, some 1,020 writs have been issued as part of an organised legal action against Donegal County Council, the National Standards Authority of Ireland, and Cassidy Brothers, a concrete supplier which has been linked to the controversy.
