No property to house Ukrainian refugees in ‘near future’, says State transport agency

CIE, the state’s transport authority, is not considering making any of its property available to Ukrainian refugees for accommodation, it has emerged.

The semi-state corporation, which runs Dublin Bus, Bus Éireann and Irish Rail, has confirmed it will not be opening up any of its portfolio to those fleeing Russia’s war in Ukraine.
