Former chairman of the IBRC, Alan Dukes, has said he cannot see any magic bullet that will address the problems arising in the IBRC investigation.
In an interview with RTÉ's Morning Ireland, Dukes said "it seems basic logic to me that we would be inside the circle of confidentiality".
