A 16-year-old entrepreneur who is being sued by Nike over the use of the name “swoosh” for his online store and its retail outlet on Abbey Street in Dublin has said it is a “David and Goliath” battle.

Brandon Buckley is the founder of Swoosh Supplied, which describes itself as “Ireland’s most advanced sneaker consignment store”.
