The Irish Times reports that Irish race walker Rob Heffernan could be upgraded to a bronze medal following findings of widespread doping of Russian athletes at the London Olympics. Russia faces a ban from the Rio Olympics  following the World Anti-Doping Agency's findings of "sabotage" of the London games.
