Bouncers, security guards and private investigators are to be targeted in a new crackdown on social welfare fraud.

The Department of Social Protection has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Private Security Authority (PSA), which regulates nearly 30,000 contractors and individuals in the private security industry, to tackle welfare fraud.
