The new Bank of Ireland chief executive, Francesca McDonagh, has asked its 10,000 staff to participate in a review of the bank’s culture.
Staff at the lender are being asked in a lengthy questionnaire to give their views about its culture, how it treats customers and also diversity among employees.
It comes amid the wider Central Bank review of the culture in the banking system following the tracker mortgage scandal.
