Natrium’s Clerys restoration gets the go-ahead

Dublin City Council grants permission to Deirde Foley-backed firm for revamp of landmark building

Dublin City Council has given Deirde Foley’s Natrium the go-ahead to restore the old Clerys building, it has been revealed this evening.

The scheme, which aims to make the old Clerys building “an internationally recognised destination in Dublin”, includes high-end retail units, office space, a new boutique hotel as well as entertainment facilities, all of which will be housed in the former department store building.
