Nama seeks €48m from two Irish Nationwide borrowers

The National Asset Management Agency (Nama) has begun a legal action seeking repayment of €48 million from auctioneer Louis Scully and businessman David D’Alton.

The case which is due to begin on January 5, 2016 relates to six loans given out by Irish Nationwide to the two men between 2001 and 2007.
