Nama seeks dead developer’s bank account
Nama is attempting to get control of a bank account held by former publican and developer Hugh O’Regan, who died in 2012 aged just 49.
The agency is believed to have sought a garnishee order (an order seeking possession) in the High Court in relation to a former Anglo Irish Bank deposit account of O’Regan’s in which a substantial sum was contained.
