Government plans to use Nama’s €3 billion for houses

Nama and Singapore mega-developer Oxley are readying the €150 million sale of the first portion of the landmark Dublin Landings project in the capital’s docklands.

It is understood that the pair, which are developing the project on a joint venture basis, in recent weeks signed a memorandum that will govern the sale of the project.
