Problems identified 15 months ago: Inside the Longboat Quay firetrap

Receivers at Longboat Quay warned the Dublin Docklands Development Authority (DDDA) and Nama that there were Priory Hall-scale problems there 15 months ago, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

In a fire safety report it had commissioned, the receivers, Duff & Phelps, immediately alerted Nama to what were deemed to be “life safety” level fire risk concerns of equal or more seriousness to those that occurred at Priory Hall.
