Moves to improve open disclosure after CervicalCheck are ‘seriously off target’

Several recommendations of the Scally report into CervicalCheck relating to open disclosure in healthcare settings are “seriously off target”, according to Dr Gabriel Scally.

Publishing his final review into the implementation of his 2018 report into the CervicalCheck controversy, Scally said there was still “serious work” to be done if his outstanding recommendations were to be achieved.
