The Michelin-starred chefDanni Barry has said she stepped away from cooking in fine dining restaurants because she needed “to have a life”.
Barry, a native of Co Down who won a Michelin star within a year of the opening of Deanes Eipic in Belfast in 2015, told The Sunday Business Post that it was virtually impossible for chefs working at the highest level of the restaurant industry to maintain a work/life balance.
