Businessman seeks judgment against John McKeon
Paul McGuinness, the former U2 manager, has launched a High Court action in Dublin against John McKeon, the Irish exploration tycoon.
McGuinness is seeking summary judgment against McKeon. Papers were lodged last week, with McGuinness retaining Dublin law firm Sherwin O’Riordan to manage the case.
