Gemma O’Doherty will be asked to share the unedited recordings of interviews she conducted with two gardaí for a documentary, as part of defamation proceedings being taken by the family of deceased Fianna Fáil councillor Sean McEniff.

In the documentary, O’Doherty, a former newspaper journalist, claimed that a politician interfered in the Garda investigation into the 1977 disappearance of Mary Boyle.
